Chicken Inasal- For all the Ilonggo bloggers out there :) What I love most about this dish is the unique, but super Manyaman mix that goes into the marinade. I marinated my Chicken with lots of chopped Lemon Grass, Fresh Calamansi Juice, Coconut Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Ginger & Sprite!
