In the Pampango dialect of the Philippines, this is the one word that describes food that is undeniably tasty, mouth-watering, and flavorful. In short, it means absolutely delicious!

A little about myself: My name is Michael Sibal, a 21 year old college student working part time as head chef in my own family kitchen :) Being a Kapampangan, I pride myself in the well known culinary talent of my people. Through this blog, I hope to bring Filipino cuisine into a new light, with my own Pampango twist of course. Occasionally, I will post dishes that are more Asian Inspired, or not Filipino at all, but nonetheless, every dish I cook will surely be Manyaman. Thanks for visiting my page!

Mushroom Chicken- I always used to order this as one of my combo items at Panda Express, but I recently realized that I could just make it in my own kitchen. Something about Mushrooms, Zucchini & Chicken says Manyaman to me. This recipe is awesome cause it’s so simple & easy, but produces some really tasty results. Try it out for yourselves!
